Dunque cominciamo dalla foto 01. Si vedono i pezzi che devi usare e le mollette a W che devono essere leggermente accorciate per semplificare il montaggio (quella sulla sinistra è stata accorciata con un paio di pinze).

Passando alla foto 02 si vede come separare l'anello dal corpo del lucas. Bisogna tirare l'anello dall'alto (lato delle 4 spie) verso l'esterno. Perchè in basso c'è una linguetta metalica dove l'anello si incastra al corpo del faro.

Nella foto 03 si vede come deve essere posizionata la parabola in vetro sull'anello con le 3 mollette. Bisogna controllare che le scritte sulla parabola (omologazione, ecc.) siano dritte e non storte rispetto all'anello.

Nella foto 04 si vede un dettaglio di come posizionare la singola molletta. Le estremità della molletta vanno poi divaricate fino ad essere inserite dentro l'anello.

Nella fot 05 si vede come posizionare il gancetto di tenuta. Basta usare la vite e il gancetto. Il bulloncino è del tutto inutile (e poi non si accede per stringerlo) quindi non usarlo.
Controlla che il gancetto di tenuta entri bene nell'alloggiamento. In caso contrario, allarga un pò le alette dell'alloggiamento con le pinze.

Nella foto 06 si vede la parabola alloggiata nell'anello con le 3 mollette sistemate.

Nella foto 07 si vede come inserire l'anello con la parabola nella linguetta sul corpo del lucas.

Nella foto 08 si può procedere all'operazione di chiusura del faro facendo attenzione che il gancetto retto dalla vite sia nella corretta posizione.

Nella foto 09 infine si vede il lucas completo. Si può procedere ad avvicinare con un pò di pressione delle mani l'anello con la parabola al corpo del lucas e poi continuando a tenere vicini faro e anello procedere a stringere la vite che avvicina il gancetto tirando l'anello e avvicinandolo al corpo del lucas.

Ci vuole un pò di pratica ma i fari Lucas sono fatti tutti così. Se cerchi sui forum vedrai quanti si sono dedicati al loro montaggio con un pò di fatica. In particolare per le mollette a W anche se dopo un pò di pratica diventa semplice.[/i]
