Tutorial cambio idraulica forcella - 081 - 15-12-2011 13:08

Di seguito trovate una guida illustrata passo passo per sostituire l'idraulica (approssimativa IMHO) delle forcelle sulle nostre amate bonnie,trattasi del kit ORAM comprensivo di:

- molle lineari Ohlins
- emulatore di cartuccia
- distanziale specifico
- olio
- tappi di regolazione precarico (opzionali)

MATERIALE OCCORRENTE

- cavalletto alza moto
- un tacco di legno (o uno spessore adeguato )
- un recipiente abbastanza capiente per svuotare l'olio delle forcelle
- un cacciavite a stella (se avete montato i soffietti)
- brugole da 8 e da 6
- chiave a cricchetto da 1/2"( meglio se dinamometrica)
- un metro
- filo di ferro
- bussole da 12-22-24-30
- WD-40
- stracci

ESECUZIONE:

1) posizionare la moto sul cavalletto laterale in maniera tale da poterci girare agevolmente intorno

2) posizionare il cavalletto sotto la moto e alzarla fino a che la ruota anteriore si sarà sollevata da terra di 3-4 cm

3) posizionare il tacco di legno sotto la ruota posteriore,in modo da tenerla stabile il più possibile

4) svitare i bulloni che tengono la pinza freno alla forcella con la chiave a cricchetto e la bussola da 12 e legare la pinza con il filo di ferro ad un punto fermo della moto (telaio,collettore ecc.) per non farla penzolare troppo

5) svitare con la chiave a cricchetto e la bussola da 24 il dado del perno ruota

6) togliere il tappino di plastica che si trova sulla brugola che tiene il perno ruota dall'atra parte della ruota

7) mollare con la brugola da 6 il fermo

8) sfilare il perno ruota

9) togliere il blocchetto del contachilometri dalla ruota

10) togliere la ruota e posizionarla o su uno straccio con il disco rivolto verso l'alto,oppure in piedi appoggiata ad un muro con il disco rivolto all'esterno

11) smontare il parafango

12) per chi ha montato i soffietti togliere anche quelli,svitando la vite che tiene la facetta

13) svitare con la brugola da 8 i fermi degli steli partendo da quello più in alto,poi quello più in basso

14) a questo punto sfilate lo stelo,appoggiatelo su uno straccio e svitate il tappo con la chiave a cricchetto e la bussola da 22 (attenzione che la molla non spinga fuori il tappo facendovelo schizzare addosso,tenete una mano sopra)

15) estraete il distanziale,la molla e versate l'olio della forcella in un recipiente

16) a questo punto,se volete,potete sciacquare l'interno dello stelo con del gasolio o della benzina o del kerosene dopodichè asciugare con la pistola del compressore

17) prendere l'emulatore di cartuccia,mettere la fascetta intorno nell'apposito spazio e infilarla nello stelo facendo attenzione che la fascetta rimanga al suo posto

18) utilizzare dapprima il distanziale poi la molla per spingere l'emulatore fino ad incastrari sul flauto (damper) che si trova sul fondo dello stelo

19) aggiungere il nuovo olio,fare scorrere lo stelo su e giù per far scendere l'olio fino al di sotto dell'emulatore... per sapere la quantità di olio da inserire misurare 13 cm dal bordo della canna della forcella scarica senza la molla

20) inserire la molla,la rondella (opzionale,serve solo per far sì che la molla non finisca dentro al distanziale,ma con la nuova molla ohlins è praticamente impossibile che succeda) e il nuovo distanziale

21) ora si può riavvitare il tappo con la bussola da 22 oppure utilizzare il nuovo tappo con regolazione di precarico che necessita della bussola da 30

22) a questo punto il primo stelo è pronto e si può rimontare facendo attenzione a lubrificare con un pò di wd-40 l'interno del reggifaro all'altezza delle due guarnizioni (consiglio di lasciare la bussola da 30 sul tappo e di infilare lo stelo,la si può estrarre dall'alto,sotto il manubrio una volta infilato lo stelo

23) si rimette lo stelo in posizione originale,oppure se si vuole,si può sfilare di 5 mm (io l'ho fatto) e si stringono le brugole che fermano lo stelo con una coppia di serraggio di 27 Nm

24) la stessa operazione và ripetuta anche per l'altro stelo,una volta rimontate le forcelle si rimonta il parafango,si rimette la ruota,facendo attenzione a sistemare bene il blocchetto del contakilometri e si stringono i bulloni con le dovute coppie di serraggio, 60 Nm il dado del perno ruota,27Nm la brugola del fermo che tiene il perno ruota.
ora si rimonta la pinza serrando i bulloni a 28 Nm,si toglie il tacco di legno da sotto la ruota posteriore e si abbassa il cavalletto facendo scendere la moto...

P.S. non l'ho inserito nel tutorial perchè è un'operazione opzionale,ma si possono allargare i fori dei damper fino a 8mm,in questo caso sarà necessario avere a disposizione un banco con una morsa,una pistola pneumatica per svitare i bulloni che tengono fermi i damper all'interno degli steli,o in alternativa un cacciavite a percussione,un compressore,un bulino,un trapano,una punta da 6mm,una punta da 8mm e una lima per togliere le sbavature
