Per conto di un amico T100 munito molto timido, chiedo se qualcuno che si è cimentato nel cambio dell'olio della forcella abbia voglia di scrivere due righe su come procedere, le quantità di olio per stelo e accorgimenti vari da adottare popcorn

per quanto riguarda la quantità di olio, il manuale di officina dà queste informazioni:

dalla lettura delle suddette sembrerebbe che la capacità di olio della forcella (cioè dei due steli) sia di circa mezzo litro, con lievi differenze a seconda del modello; in pratica parliamo grosso modo di 250 cc a stelo.

Tuttavia ho avuto modo di capire che il manuale fa la traduzione del corrispettivo inglese in cui la parola fork la utilizzano anche per "stelo". per cui la capacità sarebbe di mezzo litro a stelo (ci vuole 1 litro di olio per la forcella completa).

Dice che forse ho letto troppo tardi.
Bisogna tirare giù gli steli, dopo aver mollato un po ' il tappo superiore della canna.
Togli completamente il tappo, sfili spessori e molla e capovolgi per eliminare l' olio vecchio tenendo cura di versarlo in un misurino calibrato.
Prendi l'olio nuovo, e rimetti la stessa identica quantità all'interno (se la forca non aveva i paraolio rotti), reinfili in sequenza molle e spessori, tappi e rimonti.
Fondamentalmente è un lavoretto semplice semplice.
